Contour Airlines Fly‑Away Promotion

Presented by 103CIR & WTNJ

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

 

1. PROMOTION PERIODS

The Contour Airlines Fly‑Away promotion will run on two separate schedules:

  • Myrtle Beach Fly‑Away: May 11, 2026 – June 4, 2026 Winner drawing held June 4, 2026

  • Charlotte Fly‑Away: June 7, 2026 – July 2, 2026 Winner drawing held July 2, 2026

Each promotion is conducted on 103CIR and WTNJ.

 

2. HOW TO QUALIFY

During the promotion periods, listeners will be instructed to listen for the Contour Airlines “Fly‑Away” sounder.

When the sounder airs:

  • 103CIR: The 7th texter qualifies

  • WTNJ: The 9th texter qualifies

Listeners may qualify multiple times. Each qualification counts as a separate entry in the final drawing. No specific times for the sounder will be announced; stations may provide general teases such as “coming up in the next hour.”

 

3. PRIZES

Each station will award:

  • Two (2) pairs of travel vouchers for Myrtle Beach

  • Two (2) pairs of travel vouchers for Charlotte

Prizes consist of Contour Airlines travel vouchers. All travel is subject to airline terms, conditions, availability, and blackout dates. Vouchers have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold.

 

4. DRAWINGS & WINNER SELECTION

  • Myrtle Beach winners will be drawn on June 4, 2026

  • Charlotte winners will be drawn on July 2, 2026

Drawings will occur:

  • On 103CIR during The Early Show with Rick & Lola

  • On WTNJ during The Scott Samuels Show

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible qualifiers collected during the promotion period.

Only one winner per household is permitted.

 

5. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of qualification

  • Reside within the 103CIR/WTNJ listening area

  • Have not won a prize from 103CIR or WTNJ of equal or greater value within the past 30 days

Employees of Southern Communications, Contour Airlines, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible.

 

6. QUALIFIER INFORMATION & VERIFICATION

For each qualifier, stations will collect:

  • Full name

  • Birthdate

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Winners will be notified via email. Winners must present valid government‑issued I.D. to claim their vouchers. Failure to provide identification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Stations are not responsible for dropped calls, delayed texts, technical failures, or carrier issues.

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of station management, which are final.

  • Stations reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if technical issues or circumstances beyond their control compromise the integrity of the contest.

  • Winners agree to allow the stations to use their name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  • Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be substituted except at station discretion.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Stations and sponsors are not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions

  • Text delivery failures

  • Lost or misdirected entries

  • Airline cancellations, delays, or travel disruptions

Winner assumes all responsibility for travel, documentation, and compliance with airline requirements.

Standard Official Rules:

No purchase is necessary and there is no obligation to participate in any on air contests of the Southern Communications stations. Play rules will vary by station. Please listen for details.

  1. Employees of Southern Communications Corporation licensees and their affiliated stations, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Person(s) working in competing media (newspaper, billboard, direct mail, specialty advertising, and/or television) are not eligible to participate, including employees and immediate family, persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
  2. All Prizes must be claimed either physically or digitally within 14 business days of winning.  No prizes will be mailed under any circumstances. Winners may be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. No prize substitution(s) or transfers of winning to another player will be allowed once the prize has been awarded. Any prizes not claimed after 14 business days will be forfeit and become property of Southern Communications.
  3. One winner per household, every 30 days. If you win with any Southern Communications station contest, you may or may not be eligible to win a contest on another station based on the nature of the prize or contest.
  4.  By entering any contest you acknowledge that, as with any endeavor, there is an inherent risk by participating and you agree to hold forever harmless Southern Communications Corp, its owners, directors, and employees as well as its associates, representatives, and advertisers from any and all liability, of any kind whatsoever, including injury or death that may occur as of a result of your entering this contest. If you are not in agreement with this provision and are not willing to further attest by a signature of your acceptance to these terms please do not enter the contest
  5. Southern Communications reserves the right to change and amend these rules and regulations at any time. Contests may be ended by Southern Communications at any time without notice.
