The Official WVU Party with Power Country 105.9 Rules -

1. There is no purchase necessary and no obligation in order to participate. Grand Prize is a 50" Big Screen TV. You must be 18 and a legal resident of West Virginia.
2. Register by listening to Power Country 105.9 to qualify. You may also show up at the All New Beckley, Buick, GMC, Auto Mall on Robert C. Byrd Drive Between Noon and 2:00pm Saturday April 3rd and register for additional qualifiers to be drawn on location. One registration per person/per house hold . One winner per household. All Official/potential Qualifiers MUST BE WEARING BLUE AND GOLD - NO EXCEPTIONS. On air qualifiers MUST ARRIVE AND BE CHECKED IN at the All New Beckley, Buick, GMC, Auto Mall on Robert C. Byrd Drive by 2:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Qualifiers may not be represented by another person, You Must be present to win. You must have a legal West Virginia ID and provide a physical Address. (PO Boxes will not be accepted.)
3. By entering any contest you acknowledge that, as with any endeavor, there is an inherent risk by participating and you agree to hold forever harmless Southern Communications Corp, its owners, directors and employees as well as its associates, representatives and advertisers from any and all liability, of any kind whatsoever, including injury or death that may occur as of a result of your entering this contest. If you are not in agreement with this provision and are not willing to further attest by signature of your acceptance to these terms please do not enter the contest.
4. Employees of Southern Communications Corporation licensee and their affiliated stations, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. employees of Beckley, Buick, GMC, Auto Mall, Person(s) working in competing media (newspaper, billboard, direct mail, speciality advertising, and/or television) are not eligible to participate.
5. All winners must claim their prize at Beckley Buick GMC Auto Mall on 4/3/10 Southern Communications is not responsible for transportation and/or damage incured . Should any prize not be claimed it will automatically become the property of Southern Communications. Under no circumstances will any prize be mailed. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. A 1099 may be issued.
6. No prize substitution(s) or transfers of winning to another player will be allowed once the prize has been awarded.

Winners are to listen to be instructed to call in and register to win. Winner will be chosen by random drawing and notified. The grand prize is 1 pair of passes to Bannaroo Music and Arts festival .
